The Brain Report: The whites won the meaningful game 1-0 with a goal by Brinks.... A meaningful shutout for the Brain. It was a stellar goalie performance at both ends as both Eddie and I got a lot of shots, but came up with great saves. I have a perfectly shaped bruise on my leg from a 2 on 1 sliding save to show for it. I believe that the meaningless score was either 4-3 or 5-4 for the reds. Danny got a couple on me, Perry got one on me.... A real nice 1-2-3 pass over to him that he buried in the corner before I even knew he had the puck.
Butt Head report: I think it was 1-0, with Brinks netting the winner for the Whites. Tweedy had at least one along with Perry and Tommy Z. Reds win the meaningless 4-2. Both goalies (Eddie and Brain) were outstanding, with Eddie stoning Art on many occasions.
