Canadians Gone Wild!

Magoo got the Reds going when he bounced a shot off of the skate of Koss that went past the Brain for an early 1-0 Meaningful lead. The Whites tried to get the goal disallowed, because it was kicked in, but since Koss was on the Brain's team, they didn't have a prayer. Brinks raced home from O'Hare picked up his

Hockey bag and his Beer bag and joined the Whites shortly after the Magoo goal. He fired one past Eddie to knot the score. Beak Jr. let a snap shot go that handcuffed the Brain to give the Reds a 2-1 lead. By the Way Bill scored the first of the 4 Canadian goals to give the Reds a 3-1 lead. Geno made his return to action from the DL and scored to give the Whites a 2-1 meaningful lead. His shot was blocked by the Anvil, but it went up and over his shoulder then it dropped over the line for a goal. BBTW scored again , but the Flea used Geno's formula to foil the Anvil. Eddie made a great save, but it flipped up, hit his pad and trickled over the goal line. Fred "Fruit Cake" Bobka got his second goal in 2 weeks to tie the game at 4-4. Thor "God of Thunder" got the game winner when he converted a Tweedy pass to give the Whites the win. We had 4 Canadian goals on the first Friday after the Canadian Thanksgiving.

We will play hockey at 9:00 on the real Thanksgiving at Downers Grove. The Flea is starting to cook those Brats. We will also play at Downers Grove on Friday November 23 at 7:00 P.M. See the revised schedule. On Page 2

Perfect Attendance is down to 12: Fruit Cake, Stump, Knarf, Beak, Hacksaw, Tweedy, Johnny Z , The Flea, Anvil, Kramer's Bookie, Harvey, and Basketball Jones.

Attendance at the Bar was very good! Too bad the service was not good. .


	We waited a long time for our beers and even longer for our food. When Hacksaw asked for some free beers, the genius manager gave us a complementary basket of chips to calm the angry hockey players.
