Picnic Meeting!
10 Dutiful Duffers showed up at Mr. Clean's house for the Duffer Picnic Committee Meeting.  We had a beautiful night for hockey, as you can tell by looking at the winter jackets.  We were wondering if Donut Lake was going to freeze up for some free ice time.  

Hacksaw ed the Klinger Krash Award, so that Beak could insert the new winner.

Boris' neighbor, John had some bottled firewater to keep us warm.   Hacksaw returned the Klinger Krash Award to Beak, so that he could put in the new winner.  Basketball Jones showed up with the Meaningless Trophy and volunteered to get the corn and butter again this year.  The next winners will be named at the picnic on June 7th.  Remember the winner of the Klinger Krash Award must be present to win the award.  Tommy Z will be AWOL on June 7th, so Tweedy volunteered to bring the ice and help the meaningful Duffers unload the half ton Duffer Grill.  (.5 Metric Ton)  Thor was assigned to bring the bread.  Grandpa Ken will get 40 pounds of sausage and 5 pounds of beef.  Johnny Z has agreed to take over children's games.  Perry will get the pop and water, while Mini Wheezer will get the jardinière, onions and peppers.  Frank will get the paper goods and Beak will get Hot dogs, buns etc.  See page 2 for a complete list of picnic duties.  We need help unloading the grill and setting up.  We also need help cleaning up and lifting the grill after the picnic.  So if you have a graduation to go to, you will be more than welcome around 6 or 7 o'clock when the old guys need a nap. 
The 1st Summer Game is on Friday the 13th at 9:00 at Romeoville.
Golf Anyone?  The Grant Golf outing is June 21 Call Grant Importing.

The Duffers have been going on even year road trips.  02-04-06-08.  A road trip for 09 was discussed at the picnic meeting.  We are accepting offers now. Leading candidates are Huston, Phoenix and Denver.  Las Vegas is never far behind.

Basketball Jones returned the Meaningless Trophy.
