Cammi is scheduled to participate in President Bush's September 11th Commemoration Ceremony at the Pentagon in Washington, D.C. "This is an honor of enormous proportions. I'm humbled to represent Olympic heroes in this National Tribute to those brave Americans who lost their lives a year ago. My thoughts and prayers are for continued healing for all Americans," says Cammi.

Whites slip by Reds in Season Opener

Thor scored 2 Meaningful goals to win it for the Whites.  Beer-nuts bounced a shot off of Koss.  That could be called a Meaningful goal, but Koss needs the goal more than Beer-Nuts.  Besides, what would Beer-Nuts have to complain about if he was awarded this cheap goal  Beak Jr. added a goal to give the Whites 6 goals.  Tommy Z added a pair to make the game  close.  Whites 6, Reds 5.

Rich Storm scored the first 2 Meaningless goals of the new season.  Lorenzo added another to give the Whites a 3-0 lead after the first period.  Bob Morgan spoiled The Brain's shut out with his 2 goals.  The Anvil was proud

Papa, Ken and Mike Lopatka joined Beak and the Wednesday lunch group.  Knarf and Hacksaw were late due to pedaling.

The 32nd Duffer Season opener had it all.  It started with Berserk giving Wendy an engagement ring. The Wednesday lunch at Nicks had three new members.  Papa, Beak Jr. and Mike Lopatka joined Beak, Hacksaw and Knarf.  Fred's son, Joe celebrated his 14th bbirthday.

Beer-Nuts bounced a goal off of Koss.  Papa Joe talked his wife into playing another year, extending the King's career.

Thor talked the King into a round of Golf on Saturday morning. It looks like the King tried to wrap his driver around a tree, He now has a mini driver for Dr. Evil's little friend.

The Duffers had 3 foursomes at Waveland Golf course supporting Holy Trinity High School.  Wheezer's Brother Keith shot a 44 and had the longest drive.  (He drove all the way from the twin cities for the 3rd straight year)  Papa Joe edged him out with a 43.  Tweedy had a 42 and Rick Dzingel shot a 39.  Thor, The King, Wheezer and Ultra Light were in the 50s, while Harvey, Beak, Beak Jr. and Jeff Lopatka got the most shots for their money.  They were all under 70!
