Lil' Anvil's Line Saves the Day!
Eddie shook everybody up when he put on the White Sweater and made his son, Nick do the same. It turned out to be a good move as the Brain was able to shut down 2 of the 3 White lines, but Nick was able to set up Thor for 2 first period goals. Then Geno cut the meaningful lead in half with a second period goal, but Brinks made it 3-1 with a goal on an assist from Nick and Thor. That turned out to be the game winner, when Hitman beat the Anvil at the final buzzer. The highlight of the game was the return of the royal family. Jerry "The Prince" Miceli was able to drag his Dad and brother Rick off of the couch. We haven't seen the King since the last time Jerry came to town and we haven't

seen Rick since he got married several years ago. The game featured some great goaltending on both ends. The Meaningless contest was won by the Reds when Tommy Z scored 3 excuse me goals. He didn't mean to do it and he looked ashamed, so I'll give him a mention. There were some great crashes by Nick, Mini Wheezer and Pop Gun Morgan.
Peoria Trip: The Duffers will play in the Peoria Civic Center on
March 26, 2005 at 12:00 Noon. We will meet at the Cracker Barrel on Weber road at 9:00 for a 9:30 departure. We will watch the Rivermen play at 7:00 and spend the night at the Pere Marquette. The Anvil will not spend the night and his camper is in doubt.

Peoria Details
We have 17 people that need a Room in
Peoria and 23 that need tickets to the Rivermen
game on Saturday, March 26, 2005.
The last time we asked for so many game tickets, we paid our way.
The last few times we had 10 or 12 and Jason was nice enough to Comp us, so
be prepared to pay.
We are inching up to 3 lines, with 28 skaters and 3
goalies. (Not too many when we play for 3 hours)

have you in the right column.
I have ordered 7 rooms and they are all
taken, if you need one, I can add one if you call Beak.
