	December 7, 2017. Wags Vs Pick Ups (Attendance 3) The Pick ups scored five minutes into the game, but the Wags defensemen and veterans took over as Tommy Z scored 41 seconds later on a nice pass from defenseman Jack "The Ripper" Iandoli. Seven minutes later, Tommy struck again with a beautiful set up by defenseman Matt "The Swatter" Swastek to take a 2-1 lead. With 100 seconds left in period one, Mike "m&m" Miller passed to veteran defenseman Tony "The Tiger" Letto who fired a wicked backhand into the net from a bad angle that gave Tony very little space to score. That 3-1 lead lasted well into the 2nd period until #14 Ernie Banks scored to wake up the Wags players who went on to score 3 goals in the final 2:26 of period 2. Jack the Ripper set up Mike "m&m" Miller to restore the 2 goal lead. Matt Swastek scored 32 seconds later when he was set up by Brad "Speargun" Murphy. Ernie Banks stopped the Wags' momentum 25 seconds later, but Murphy flipped the momentum back when he set up Alex "The Angel" D'Angelo with a goal with 18 seconds left in the period. That goal gave Wags a 6-3 lead going into the 3rd period. All 6 of those goals involved Wags defensemen. (2 goals, 4 assists)

	The Fans started chanting, "Two more Goals" so that the 5 goal lead running clock rule would kick in. Their wish was answered with 2 quick goals. The first one came with 11:12 left in the game when Kevin "Smooth as" Glass and Mystery man #23 set up Mystery Man 2 #24. The second one came 92 seconds later when Speargun Murphy got his 3rd assist setting up Alex the Angel. Wags now had an 8-3 lead that only lasted a minute until Ernie Banks scored again to get his Hat trick.


	Ernie scored one more with 10 seconds left in the game. Wags skated off with an 8-5 win Ed "The Wall" Waghorne made 15 Saves. The Pick up goalie had to make 30. Wags had 4 penalties while the Pick ups only were caught once. The Swatter had 2 and the Matker brothers picked up the other 2,
