to the Bookie, who buried a one timer on the first shift of the game.  Five minutes later, Tom "TO" O'Connor scored with an assist from Geno to give the Reds an early 2 -0 lead.  Tommy Z scored unassisted in the second to ruin Eddie's shut out and cut the lead in half.  T&A tied it in the 3rd on an assist from Little Bill Conti, who played a fine game on defense.  The Brain shut out the Reds for the rest of the game and Little Bill just missed a game winner late in the game.  Tommy Z hit the post in the closing minutes and really ticked off Eddie, his Pittsburgh roommate.  Eddie and Tommy offered Thor free housing in Pittsburgh.  Thor is pondering who he will sleep with, but since we are staying at the Cambria Suites, he may get his own room. There was a gigantic Klinger Krash in the second period when The Alien, Face Plant Joe, Crash Terry and Bill BTW came together in a violent collision fuled by gravitational forces that looked like that cartoon where all you see is a ball of legs, arms, sticks and heads rotating and collapsing in a heap of humanity and hockey gear, while sounds of plastic, sticks and bones grinding together filled the air. The 6 other skaters on the ice skated 3 on 3 for a while until the wreckage was cleared from the ice. After the crash, the Alien came to the bench and asked Thor if he was OK.  Thor looked at him like he was from another galaxy and said, "You are the one who crashed, I was sitting here on the bench watching."      

The New Moon occurs when the moon is positioned between the earth and sun. The three objects are in approximate alignment.  The entire illuminated portion of the moon is on the back side of the moon, the half that we cannot see.  The moon will set when the Sun sets.  We will not have another Friday Full Moon until July 15, 2011.  The Anvil will have to play on the next Full Moon on March 19 when we will be in Pittsburgh, when we will be playing at 6:40, as the Moon is rising.  At a Full Moon, the earth, moon, and sun are in approximate alignment, just as the new moon, but the moon is on the opposite side of the earth, so the entire sunlit part of the moon is facing us.
