ing into the second period.  V-man finally put a shot past the Anvil early in the second period to tie the contest at 1-1.  T&A had a chance to give the Whites the lead when he had a clean break away, but he came up empty when the Anvil stoned him as the Bugle reporter was taking rapid fire pictures of the great save.  Tom's son t&a showed his dad how to do it when he gave the Whites a 2-1 lead with a tap-in to an open net. Tweedy answered that goal to tie the game at 2 apiece. Thor continued his curse on the Anvil when he scored the game winner to get a 3-2 White win and a 1-1 meaningful Tie. 
A reporter/photographer, Robin Ambrosia, from The Plainfield Bugle  took many pictures and had audio tape rolling on the bench and in the locker room for an article that will be published next week.

• Papa Joe was flanked by his sons for the opening face off on his 83rd Birthday.  Dylan dropped the puck.
  
• The Czar presented Frank (His Dad), The King and Papa Joe with awards while retiring their numbers.
  
• Beak presented the Czar with a plaque commemorating him for leading the Duffers for 10 years.
  
• We had a moment of silence to honor Frank Herout who passed away on February 6, 2012
  

We will be in our basements with helmets on as a 50 meter Asteroid flies by.  If the asteroid misses us, we will go to watch Donny
