He later hit the net to make the score 2-2 going into the 2nd period.  Brinks scored the only goal in the second period as the goalies, Rob the Guest and Eddie the Anvil  were stellar.  TZ also set that one up.  The Crown Royal started to wear off in the 3rd period as the Whites put 2 more pucks past the Anvil.  Kevin Monkey Rench made it 4-2 and then the feisty T&A made a mad dash for the net and when he drew a crowd, he dished it off to Brinks who iced the game with his Hat Trick.  Jeff Lopatka scored from the point late in the game, but it was too little too late.  The Reds were suffering from coast to coast hockey by their 14 year old center who will go nameless, but his initials are Nick Wayne.  Nick recently grew hair under his arms, so he figured he could skate through all of these old guys, but he found out that it is better to make a pass than have the puck stripped away from you. (That happened about 15 times) Hopefully, He will learn how to play Duffer style hockey soon.  Speaking of Duffer Style Hockey we have to slow down and take a deep breath when we feel we are playing for the Stanley Cup, some guys are forgetting that we are a drinking team with a hockey problem.  We play to get thirsty so that we can have a beer and some laughs after the game.  That is why our organization has been around for 40 years.  Whites 5, Reds 3.  The Reds won the Wild Wings contest again, 9-5.

The Anvil, Beak, Beer Nuts, Bookie, Brinks, Dimples TZ, Drago, Fruit Cake, Geno, Hacksaw, Harvey, Klinger, Magoo, Bill Maestro, Mini Wheezer,  Porta John, Goalie Rob, Terry (Crash King), V-Man and T&A are perfect.

Ever since the Czar presented the Meaningless trophy to Tim Smith in 2007, the recipients have been reluctant to accept the trophy.  In 2008, Perry the Flea left town when his name was engraved on the trophy.  In 2009, Mini Wheezer went to watch a bunch of Hillbillies race around in circles when he was honored.  In the last 4 years, only Bill BTW had the guts to show up and take the trophy home.  We thought that tradition would continue when T&A was honored this year, because he is always at the bar every week, but he was nowhere to be found when Mike made his presentation speech. 

 Terry was nice enough to accept the award  for his good friend T&A, but his wife wanted to take it home.
