	18 Goals in 2 Periods!


	July 20, 2017. Wags Vs Ice Age (Attendance 2) Steve "G-Man" Gaul got Wags off to an early lead when he scored an unassisted goal at 11:32. Dominic "The Rover" Rovito took a pass from Kevin "Smooth as" Glass and scored just 20 seconds later to give Wags a 2-0, but Ice Age spoiled Ed's shutout a minute later. Dan "Da Coach" Lopatka showed up just in time to set up The Rover's second goal 57 seconds later. This time, the 2 goal lead lasted a little over 2 minutes until Ice Age made it 3-2 with 6:21 on the clock. G-Man scored 51 seconds later with an assist from the Rover to restore the 2 goal lead. Ryan "Bara" Kuta scored with an assist from the Glass man to give Wags a 5-2 that lasted only

	59 seconds when Ice Age scored with 2:02 left in a wild opening period. The Ice Ace scored 2 goals in the early minutes of period 2 to tie the game at five apiece. Half way through the period, sevens went wild when # 7 Tony "Tiger Letto scored on an assist from #77 the "Bara" Kuta". That lead disappeared in 99 seconds when Ice Age struck twice in 22 seconds and took a 7-6 lead. Losing the lead woke up the Wags crew as they went out and scored 5 goals in the last 5 minutes of the 2nd period. G-Man Gaul started the comeback with an unassisted goal with 4:52 on the clock. Killer Kyle Sandowski scored a minute later with an assist from Lopatka. Tommy "Gas Man" Zagorski and Tony set up Matt "M&M" Mataker at 2:16. Killer and G-Man Gaul set up Rovito's second goal a minute later. G-Man capped off the scoring with his 4th goal with 21 seconds left in period 2. Killer Kyle picked up the assist that gave him his 3rd point in the last 3 minutes. Wags opened the 3rd period with an 11-7 lead. The ice age did not melt as they scored in the first minute of the period. Jack "The Ripper" Iandoli answered that goal at 11:07 when he one timed a beautiful pass from the G-Man. Ice Age scored a little later, but Iandoli made a coast to coast rush to roof a blast past the battered Ice Age goalie who made 41 saves. Ed "The Wall" Waghorne made 29 saves.

I was asked if those were new Wags Jerseys, so I went to my	way back closet and pulled out Dan's Championship Kings Jacket.
Tony Letto had a fine game on Defense with a goal and an assist	Chloe is Wags Number 1 fan
I said, "Dzien dobry, Dziekuje Ci, Gene Autry, the 3 Polish Cowboys" to Kevin. He laughed and asked, " Who is Gene Autry?"	Kevin asked, "How old is this beer Tommy?" Tony said, "Don't look a gift horse in the mouth"
Ed provided us with a great cookout that lasted past midnight	Thank You Ed

Gene Autry was the singing cowboy superstar of the silver screen, as well as a media entrepreneur and original owner of the Anaheim Angels.
