	Untouchables Ran Out of Gas!


	March 30, 2016. Untouchables Vs. Wags The Untouchables jumped off to a fast lead when Speed Racer Jeff set up the speedy Cosentino on the first shift. That only took 37 seconds! The Untouchables added 2 more goals to take a 3-0 lead half way through the opening period. Killer Kyle Sandowski finally got Wags on the board with an unassisted goal at 7:25. That goal got the Wags players going as they fired a lot of shots on net, but William "The Piercer" Barron stopped everything until Dan "Tweedy" Lopatka


	All 4 Duffers had points.


	setup Tom "Z-Man" Zagorski with a nice pass. That goal made it 3-2 with just under 3 minutes left in the period. Roadrunner Jay DeMaria tied the game with an unassisted goal with just 20 seconds left. One minute into the second period, Matt. Lil' Long scored to give the Untouchables a 4-3 lead. Wags shooters spent the next 9 minutes trying without success to beat the Big Bear, so he held on to that lead until Chris "Rooster" Roos finally solved him with an unassisted goal for a 4-4 tie with 6:16 left to play in the second period. The tie only lasted forty seconds, because the Untouchables answered with an unassisted goal of their own. That 5-4 lead lasted 18 seconds until Killer Kyle set up Chris Johnson for a nice goal that tied the game at 5-5. Mike "M&M" Matker got tossed for roughing with 4 minutes left in the period. The roughing took place against the boards and out of view of the fans, so I can't comment, but it must have been a rougher roughing than usual since he got his fellow rougher tossed from the game too. The Untouchables were now 2 men short of 2 lines and Wags still had 2 full lines. Less than 2 minutes after the roughing fiasco, Bobby "Serial Killer" Kilian set up the "Rooster" to give Wags their first lead of the game. One minute later, Tommy Z set up Killer Kyle to put Wags up 7-5 with 1:11 left to play in the 2nd stanza. Three minutes into the third, Chris "Rooster" Roos got his Hat trick and made it 8-5 with assists going to TZ and Kevin "Smooth as" Glass. Soon after that the Untouchables lost Lil' Long for roughing, so they only had 2 subs on the bench now and they were


	gassed. They were only able to muster one late meaningless goal that was set up by my Grandson Mike Lo

	patka. The MVP goes to M&M for roughing. Ed "The Wall" Waghorne picked up a thrilling 8-6 win. Barron, the Untouchables' goalie had 50 shots sent his way and lost a tough one.


	Speed Racer stayed out of the box and came in for a beer with Wags.
