Tuesday, March 1, 2016: Ryan Dzingel's 2nd goal gives him a shooting percentage of 20%.  Second highest on the team.  They should have given him a chance in the shoot out.  They were 0 for 11 and gave the Blues 2 points for being 1 for 11.  Here is a link to the goal.

Saturday March 5, 2016: Ryan assisted on a game tying goal.  He had 5 hits in 14:28 minutes of ice time.  He was out there in the final minute when Toronto added a 6th attacker.

Waghorne Tames the Buffalos!

March 3, 2016. Buffalo's Finest Vs. Wags
Buffalo's Finest scored early and their goalie protected that lead until late in the period when "M&M" Mike Matker slipped behind the Buffalo's defense and scored a break away goal to knot the score with 3:34 left to play.  Jason "Bara" Kuta and Chris "Rooster" Roos were credited with assists on M&M's goal.  Linzi broke the tie a minute later when he pounced on a Wags' turnover and fired it past Ed.  Eighteen seconds later, Roadrunner Jay DeMaria tied the game to give Wags a 2-2 tie after one period.  Tommy Zagorski and Dan Lopatka assisted on Jay's goal.  Midway through the second the second period, Bara Kuta and The Rooster scored 2 goals

in 37 seconds to give Wags a 4-2 lead.  Killer Kyle Sandowski and Lopatka set up the Roos goal and Killer and Rooster set the Kuta goal.  The Buffalos scored at the 3:26 mark ,but Kuta took a pass from Lopatka and regained the 2 goal lead with only 1:58 left in period two.  The third period featured great goal tending by both goalies and no goals by either team until Wags turned over a puck in the corner and a Buffalo sharp shooter fired a bad angle shot that somehow found it's way between Waghorne's Pads and the post.  We now had a 5-4 game with Buffalos stampeding all over the Wags' zone.  With just over 3 minutes left to play in the game, Dan The Man Lopatka cranked a slap shot that hit a Buffalo shin guard.  It looked like a shin guard breakaway was about to happen until the unfortunate shot blocker's leg said "forget about it."  Killer Kyle picked up the puck from the one legged Buffalo and passed to Dan who sent it over to the Roadrunner.  Jay iced the game with a goal with three minutes left to play.  That gave Dan his 4th assist of the game and Killer picked up his 3rd assist.  There were no penalties in the game!

falo goalie had 29.  It was a thrilling game and well worth the price of admission. 
Kuta and Roos needed a fight to have a Gordie Howe Hat Trick.
