Klinger started the scoring for the Whites with a nice goal that was set up by Tommy Z.  Brinks quickly added another when he raced to the net and tipped in a bullet pass to make it 2-0.  Johnny Z was busy scoring a meaningless hat trick , so it looked bad for the Reds.  Brian "the Brain" was kicking out everything except 2 tweedy shots.  The king was having a stellar game on defense so he took an early shower after 2 periods, feeling that this one was in the bag.  The third period had many surprises.  Papa Joe was sent flying by his own center, Rich Storm.  The 72 year old Papa picked himself and scored a goal to make the meaningful score 2-1.  Stump bounced off of Beak and landed on his bark side.  He later grabbed a speeding Tweedy and flipped into the air and did a triple roll in the air before making a crash landing.  Harvey and Magoo took the ice with 8 minutes to play and somehow managed to last 6 minutes without getting tired.  (I can't explain it, Tony Granato gets tired after 45 seconds)   They probably would have finished the game, but Harvey managed to stop the game with a low, slow flutter blast that eluded
